Cancellation Timeframes
Free Cancellation
Most bookings can be cancelled free of charge from Booking Date to Cancellation Policy Date, depending on the hotel's policy.
Non-Refundable Rates
Some special offers and discounted rates may be non-refundable. These will be clearly marked during booking.
Last-Minute Bookings
Bookings made within 24 hours of check-in may have different cancellation terms.
How to Cancel Your Booking
Log into Your Account
Access your ReserveRoomz and navigate to "My Bookings"
Select Your Booking
Find the booking you wish to cancel and click on "View Details"
Click Cancel
Click the "Cancel Booking" button and confirm your cancellation
Receive Confirmation
You'll receive an email confirmation of your cancellation and refund details
Refund Processing
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for booking
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
Refund Amount
- Full refund for cancellations made within the free cancellation period

Modification Policy
Need to change your travel dates or room type? Many bookings can be modified depending on availability and the hotel's policy. Modification requests are subject to:
- Hotel availability for new dates
