Understanding your booking cancellation and refund options
At ReserveRoomz, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring fair terms for both our customers and hotel partners.
The specific cancellation terms for your booking depend on the hotel’s policy and the rate type you selected. Please review the cancellation details carefully before confirming your reservation.
Most bookings can be cancelled free of charge from Booking Date to Cancellation Policy Date, depending on the hotel’s policy.
Some special offers and discounted rates may be non-refundable. These will be clearly marked during booking.
Bookings made within 24 hours of check-in may have different cancellation terms.
Log into Your Account
Access your ReserveRoomz account and navigate to “My Bookings”.
Select Your Booking
Find the booking you wish to cancel and click on “View Details”.
Click Cancel
Click the “Cancel Booking” button and confirm your cancellation.
Receive Confirmation
You’ll receive an email confirmation of your cancellation and refund details.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for booking.
Refund Amount
Full refund for cancellations made within the free cancellation period. Partial refunds may apply after the free cancellation period. No refunds for non-refundable bookings or no-show situations.

Force Majeure Events
In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, we work with hotels to provide flexible cancellation options.
Medical Emergencies
We understand that medical emergencies can arise. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to cancel due to a medical emergency.
If you don’t show up for your reservation without cancelling in advance, you may be charged the full amount of your booking. This policy varies by hotel and booking type.
Group bookings (typically 10 or more rooms) may have different cancellation policies. Please review the specific terms provided during the booking process or contact our group booking specialists for details.
